It's the simplest service we do but it's the one that quietly makes the biggest difference once summer hits. Insect treatment applied around the perimeter of the house — eaves, soffits, frames, gutter lines — keeps the spider and fly population down for the season.
What's included
- Walk the house, identify the hot spots.
- Apply approved residual insecticide to eaves, soffits, around window and door frames.
- Treat under deck areas if needed (pre-summer is the time).
- Brush down obvious webs.
It's most effective if you pair it with a house wash — clean surface = better chemical adhesion = longer-lasting protection. We can do both in the same visit and bundle the price.
How long does it last?
Approximately a season — 4–6 months depending on rain exposure. We recommend a treatment in spring (October-ish) to set you up for summer.
Safe around kids and pets?
Yes. We use approved residual products that are safe once dry (a couple of hours after application). No need to clear the house — just keep curious pets off the freshly-treated areas till dry.
