Three jobs that look different but share the same theme: time, weather and biology have built up a film of mould, dirt and lichen on a hard surface, and you'd like it gone. Drives, decks, fences — same crew, same day if needed.
Driveways + paths
We use a flat-deck surface cleaner attachment, not just a wand. The difference is the even finish — no stripey overlap marks, no missed bits. Works on concrete (broom, smooth, exposed aggregate), brick pavers, asphalt, and stone.
Decks
Hardwood and treated pine decks both get the soft-wash treatment first — chemistry that lifts black mould out of the grain. Then a gentle rinse. Once it's dry (24–48 hours), we can re-oil if you want — adds life to the boards and brings the colour back.
Fences
Same logic. Soft-wash for painted or stained fences. Low pressure rinse. Doesn't strip paint, doesn't blast the timber.
"I couldn't believe the difference! Our deck was black with mould and now it looks like new timber again. Great service and fair pricing." — Jessica T.
What it costs
Indicative: $250 for a standard residential driveway. $200–$300 for a deck depending on size + grime level. Re-oil is extra and quoted on the timber type. Phone with the dimensions.
